General Scholarship

The Scholarship Program is a service of the African Diaspora Education Society mandated to:

Find financial funds for Educational purpose

Provide funds for educational program in high school and beyond

ADES seeks to provide disadvantaged and talented African youth as well as those who excel in their studies with an educational grant.  The scholarship will be provided to students whose fields of interests is community empowerment.

The program encourages students to apply for the scholarship that will help them in pursuing and achieving their educational goals. 

The ADES Scholarship Program aim to:

Stimulate and entice talented African and Caribbean youths to pursue lifetime productive careers,

Ensure a steady, adequate supply of qualified that can steer African and Caribbean countries towards national progress.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be a young African or Caribbean.

Applicant must be a high school graduate or in his last year in high school.

Applicant must be a full-time college or trade school student, taking a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester or equivalent.

Special Scholarship

African Diaspora Education Society will contribute monetary support to young African women and women of African Diaspora.  This scholarship will be awarded to young African women and women of African Diaspora between the ages of 17 and 27, through Miss Africa Scholarship pageant.

African Diaspora Education Society will give every year to young students of the country that host the Miss Africa  Scholarship Pageant an award in value of $10,000 to $20,000 .  The winners will be chosen from the students in each category based upon a visual presentation of his/her research.  The contestants will be judged during the Miss Africa Education Fair, which will take place during the pageant and the awards will be given on the night of the pageant.
